Job Summary:
Apidel is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has a strong business acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
Implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Apidel's services and offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and presentations
Generate leads and ensuring profitable contracts for Apidel
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements to the management team
Continuously monitor the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
Maintain a high level of knowledge about Apidel's services, competitive offerings, and market trends
Act as a liaison between clients and Apidel's internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry of US/Australia/UK geographies.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity
