Responsibilities
As a Channel Partner Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing
our network of channel partners. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of experience,

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process of new channel partners.
- Provide training and resources to ensure partners have a strong understanding of our products,
services, and value proposition.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with channel partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Assist partners in identifying opportunities and creating sales strategies.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze partner performance and sales metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal teams.
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing teams to provide partners with marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address partner concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution to maintain partner satisfaction.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on market opportunities to support business growth.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and communications.
- Generate reports and analysis for internal and partner use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or MBA in Marketing:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
