Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at AMS HR Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business communication skills
• Experience in account management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus
