AMK Global Group, a leading regulated Recruitment and Immigration firm with offices in Canada and the United Kingdom, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, generating leads, and driving sales growth in our immigration and recruitment services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote AMK Global Group's services
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent AMK Global Group
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or recruitment industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
