* Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details, negotiate terms, and address any concerns or questions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scope and pricing estimations.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Track and analyze bidding performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase success rates.
* Stay updated on platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and client relationship management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
