Job Description


Responsibilities:

* Utilize Upwork, Freelancer, and other online bidding platforms to identify and bid on relevant projects.

* Create compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements and client's needs.

* Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client preferences, and competitor strategies to optimize bidding success rates.

* Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details, negotiate terms, and address any concerns or questions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scope and pricing estimations.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Track and analyze bidding performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase success rates.

* Stay updated on platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

* Strong understanding of project management principles and client relationship management.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to create persuasive and customized proposals.

* Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
