Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a focus on college marketing, workshops, digital marketing, offline branding, and strategic planning. This role is essential in driving growth and expanding our reach within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- College Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our training programs to colleges and universities.
- Build and maintain relationships with college administrators, professors, and student organizations.
- Organize and participate in college fairs, career days, and other events to increase brand awareness.
- Workshop Conduct:
- Plan, organize, and conduct workshops and seminars for students and professionals.
- Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training sessions.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future workshops.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, PPC).
- Create engaging content and manage the institute's online presence.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Offline Branding:
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as print advertisements, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners for offline marketing materials.
- Marketing Strategy and Business Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive enrollment and brand recognition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the automation industry is a plus
