Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach and generate new leads and opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Client Relationships Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions and regularly communicate with existing clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize the sales funnel.
Proposal and Presentation- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Pipeline Management- Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
Reporting and Analysis- Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market insights to the management team.
Collaboration- collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have strong track of record of success within sales, ideally within the Recruitment and staffing industry.
- Should highly have goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Should have experience in bring both Permanent and C2H clients.
