Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to students and their families regarding the education loan process, eligibility criteria, and other processes towards bank ends.
- Guide students throughout the process and provide them best possible options as per their profile in accordance with all the bank offers which have been applied.
- Assist students in completing loan applications and ensure that all necessary documents are submitted accurately and on time
- Evaluate loan applications and assess the student's financial needs based on their academic program and financial background
- Recommend appropriate loan options to students and their families and educate them about the terms and conditions of the loan
- Monitor the disbursement of loan funds and ensure that all relevant parties are informed of any changes or updates
- Adapt to the System and Maintain Clarity over the case to case basis for future references
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations to provide comprehensive financial aid support to students
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and policies related to education loans and financial aid.
