Job Description
As a Business Development Executive specializing in digital sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Acture Media. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and ultimately closing deals to expand our client portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, offline activities, and social media platforms.
2. Conduct research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients, and tailor our digital marketing solutions to address their specific requirements.
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in digital sales or business development, preferably within the digital marketing industry and website sales
3. Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with clients at all levels.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
6. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
