Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Academic Counselors to join our team. This is a sales profile role that involves guiding prospective students through our course offerings, understanding their educational needs, and assisting them in selecting the right programs.
Key Responsibilities:
A minimum of 100 cold calls daily
Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information about our master courses and address any queries.
Assist students in the enrollment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.

Pay structure-
Competitive Compensation: Base + Commission
Fixed Base Salary ranging from £1,80,000 to 22,40,000
A direct 10% commission ranging from #1,500 to 75,000 on per sale.
Additional 25,000 performance bonus on exceeding monthly targets.
Motivational Bonuses on consecutive target completions.
