Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at ABHIMANYA DOORS. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as required

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Achieve sales targets and annual objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and generate leads
