Job Description:
As a Business Development executive at A3 Mediacom, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by expanding our partnerships and client base within the segment. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the D2C segment, B2B segment. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and promote our Digital & Performance Marketing Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients within the D2C sector, B2B business who are looking to expand their businesses online.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influences in target organizations.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
6. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
7. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or B.Tech.
2. Proven track record in sales of having experience minimum 1- 2 Years
3. Strong understanding of the education landscape and familiarity with current trends and challenges.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. (Preferred- Fluent in English & Hindi)
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industries
