Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting charitable organizations and a strong background in sales and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the charity sector, including non-profits, NGOs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Present and demonstrate our EPoS systems and Gift Aid solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
Preparing content and case study for the clients .
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking and prepare brochures and opportunities to promote our solutions and expand our network.
Monitor the company website on regular interval.
Must havethe technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or charity sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
