Industry Exp : Previous or current exp in cement ,Construction chemical , Building Material , Tiles ,Adhesives

DFC appointment

DFCI will prospect for right party for DFC appointment and send proposal to ASM and DFC Manager at HO

Handholding the dealer as per defined KPIs of DFC channel

Analyse gap towns and ensure timely appointments as per targets

MDP Meets

DFCI will ensure that training of DFC and his applicators on products and its application is completed within 90 days of appointment.

He will be key driver and custodian of user/ Influencer attached to DFC and will drive their engagement program.

Site Visit & Conversion

DFCI will be responsible for demand generation of DFC.

Key deliverables of DFCI includes large sites visit and its conversion, value order generation from sites and its entry in LMS.

He should plan his travel accordingly keeping in view sites in pipeline and local opportunity with DFC.

Business

Value Target achievement of DFC channel will be joint responsibility of DFCI

DFCI will be responsible for sign up of annual tie-up target by DFC as per agreed plan with ASM/ RSM and DFCI Manager.

Focus on range selling by DFC promoting advance waterproofing products
