Having deep contacts with strategic stakeholders in key accounts.- All India exposure preferredExperience in creating and managing large dealers and distributorsExperience in managing teams of business development executives across multiple locationsExperience of having sold resistors or passive electronic components / drives / system integration like panels etc. / automation projects etc.Experience of managing clients belonging to energy meters / lifts & elevators / cranes / UPS invertors / battery chargers / switchgear / lighting industries, etc.Familiarity with CRM packages like salesforce.com,zoho.com etc.Current compensation package should necessarily include both fixed as well as performance linked component (minimum 20% of CTC), based on target achievement
