Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through our educational programs, focusing on achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide information about programs, admissions, and benefits.
• Guide students through the application process.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams.

Qualifications:.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in academic counseling or student services.
• Knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes.
