Job Description

Prior experience in business development / sales / tele-caller / lead generation
  • Computer literate - Should have basic knowledge of Excel and browsing
Good verbal skills Hindi

Responsibilities
  • Explain about Jewel Casa B2B platform features to interested B2B customers and enable conversions

using Telephonic and/or Whatsapp medium
  • Monitor and handle incoming calls and WhatsApp chats.
Noting important details of each conversation
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
  • Liaise with operations team to enable sales and delivery to potential customers
Resolve customer queries and issues related to the products and services
  • Enrich database of the customers on a regular basis

Successful and potential candidates will also be promoted to perform account / relationship management roles
