Job Description
Your primary focus will be to engage with clients, support onboarding processes, and assist in managing sales activities. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to qualify prospects, participate in client meetings, and ensure a seamless handover for project execution. You will play a key role in client relationship management without the responsibility for lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work directly with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, deliver relevant digital marketing solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Sales Support: Assist the Business Development Manager in managing the sales cycle by qualifying prospects, scheduling and participating in the first client meetings, and providing insights during initial discussions.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution by coordinating with the operations and delivery teams.
- Sales Presentations: Support the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations to clients, clearly explaining the benefits of our SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other digital marketing services.
- Proposal Assistance: Collaborate with the team to draft and present professional sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met, and providing support throughout the engagement period.
- Reporting: Contribute to generating reports on sales activities, client feedback, and project onboarding progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, delivery, and operations to ensure that client projects are delivered smoothly.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to provide value-driven recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media marketing services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in supporting the sales process and client onboarding.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and assist in qualifying initial client discussions.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is preferred.
