Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. This includes providing product training for new customers, managing on-boarding to ensure a smooth transition, driving adoption, ensuring retention, and elevating customer satisfaction levels.
- Formulate and enhance customer success strategies and best practices.
- Efficiently liaise with internal and external senior-level management to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and concerns, maximize retention and growth, and share valuable insights.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as per guidelines.
- Contribute crucial insights to the product team to enhance our evolving platform.
- Participate in initiatives beyond customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience, spanning low-touch and high-touch activities.
- Proactively manage client relationships by conducting timely follow-ups and gathering regular feedback.
Required Skills
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably possess experience with SaaS products.
- Preferably have experience working in a startup environment.
- Exhibit technical curiosity or experience, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Showcase agility in adapting to evolving business requirements and a proclivity for rapid learning.
- Proven ability to educate and engage executive decision-makers while establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
