Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help drive our growth and scale.

The consultant will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, consulting on business strategies, communication with clients, and business strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Closely work with the core team of SoDo

Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging your network and market knowledge to connect with decision-makers.

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities by building relationships with companies in need of IT recruitment and staffing services.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging needs, and competitors in the IT staffing space to inform business development strategies.

Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with HR consultancies, tech companies, and other relevant organizations to grow SoDos presence.

Sales Strategy: Work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations that articulate SoDos value proposition.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, ideally within the HR, recruitment, or IT services industry.

Strong Network: A well-established network within the tech or HR sectors will be a huge advantage.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals, close contracts, and navigate complex client relationships.

Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
