We are looking for motivated and organized business development coordinators to join the dynamic sales team at one of our client headquarters in Jaipur.
Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is essential for achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Support: Coordinate and assist the sales team spreading across 25 cities across India to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts. Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and available.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting: Compile sales reports and analyze data to provide insights on sales performance. Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and handle correspondence related to sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
