Job Summary: The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves market research, client communication, proposal preparation, and coordination of various business development activities to drive growth and expand the company's market presence.
Market Research:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.Client Engagement:
Assist in managing client relationships, including communication, follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Proposal and Document Preparation:
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
Ensure all documents are accurate, professionally presented, and submitted on time.
- Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate meetings, events, and other business development activities.- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
Administrative Support:- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client and opportunity information.Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports for management on progress and results.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role.
Experience in market research, client relationship management, and proposal preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and research abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.- Proactive and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

This position may require occasional travel.
