Role Overview:

  • Position: Business Development Coordinator (Commission-Based) (Part Time/ Full Time)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to brand awareness, track customer information, and develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
  • Pitch the products and services to potential clients, develop new business leads and close sales.
  • To create new contracts and provide ongoing support for any service-related challenges
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and a client to provide centralized and personalized service within a dedicated area.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracted service specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.

  • Location: Remote/ Maharashtra (India)

THIS POSITION MAY INVOLVES FREQUENT DISTRICT LEVEL TRAVEL.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Experience in healthcare domain is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-only structure.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving results.
