Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and industry expertise.
initiate contact with potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business.
Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis.Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to match suitable candidates with roles
