• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Russian and CIS markets, with a good understanding of the local language
• The candidate is primarily sought for their business development expertise, given the company's presence in the CIS and Russia regions
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing four key business verticals:
• Pre-formulation Pellets Business
• Nutraceuticals Business
• Bulk Products
• Finished Formulations
