Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager focused on BIM, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our BIM solutions and services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients in the AEC sector.
  • Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the BIM industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in key markets and verticals.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the AEC community.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including software sales, consulting services, and training programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized BIM solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of our BIM offerings to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay informed about the latest developments in BIM technology, industry standards, and best practices.

  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the BIM industry.
Deep understanding of BIM technologies, processes, and workflows.
  • Strong network of contacts within the AEC community, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
