Seeking a Dynamic Business Development Specialist to join the ranks of a Consulting & Employee Engagement Management platform in Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify prospects, screen and categorize interested customers, and identify business opportunities.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can attract clients.
Onboarding the new clients
Adhere to departmental objectives and meeting KPIs
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned.
Research the market with prospective accounts in targeted markets, identify potential prospects, pursue leads for a given service offering and follow through.
Organizing F2F meetings in the business region for discussions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Min 1 year of B2B Sales/Business Development Experience in B2B sales preferably in HR/Marketing/Edtech sectors
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
