Key responsibilities:
- Support marketing communications activity as needed, including coordinating between internal stakeholders and external digital content production or website management companies.
- Accountable for preparing business case board papers and responsible for securing approvals as needed for potential projects. Tracking and reporting progress of allocated projects, producing reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support portfolio management activities, including engine forecast modeling, preparing lease contract summaries, and securing meetings.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to foster business growth opportunities.
Qualification and experiences:
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Law, or similar relevant qualification
- Knowledge or experience related to aviation asset leasing would be valued but not critical.
- Able to produce thoughtful brand-conscious presentations and comfortable meeting/presenting to C suite senior management as needed.
- Computer literacy and confidence to use presentation-related tools (Word, PowerPoint, image manipulation) and data analysis tools (Excel, Qlik, Salesforce). Web design, or web coding experience, is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
