Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored staffing solutions to meet their hiring needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Bachelor's degree or Fluent in English Communication must.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
