- Approach and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Convert leads into new business contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and goals.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients. Customize proposals to address client requirements and objectives.
Lead negotiations with potential clients, address objections, and close deals. Ensure all contractual agreements are executed and followed through.- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management on progress and outcomes.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align business development efforts with company goals and initiatives.
