Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients within the hospitality industry, particularly three to five-star hotels, to promote our commercial real estate services.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, investors, and stakeholders.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and investors.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and represent the company.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Internship experience in corporate business development.
- Preferred: Background in the hospitality industry, preferably with three to five-star hotel experience.
- Candidates with a degree in journalism or mass communication are preferred for their strong communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, journalism, mass communication, or a related field.
