The Part-Time Sales Executive at our educational institution plays a crucial role in promoting our educational programs and services to prospective students and their families. This position involves engaging with potential students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The primary goal is to increase enrollment and revenue for the institution.
- Prospect Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the institution's educational programs, courses, and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective students.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand the educational goals and preferences of prospective students. Provide tailored solutions and advice based on their needs.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, including filling out applications, submitting required documents, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Lead Management: Maintain a database of prospective students, follow up with leads regularly, and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment and enrollment.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback and insights from interactions with prospective students to help improve marketing strategies and program offerings.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and enrollment quotas as set by the institution.
