Position & Perks: Business Development Associate (Office Based-Desk Job-Online Counselling)

1. Salary-Upto 9.6 Lacs per annum (The exact take-home remuneration will be finalized with you during the interview based on your last drawn salary)

2.Job Location- Indore (Office Based)

3.Nature- Full Time employee

4.Joining Immediate, 7 days notice period or less

Roles & Responsibilities include:

1.Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

2.Counsel pregnant ladies (users) converting the leads through workshop into paid subscription through calls or video calls. Leads will be provided by company.

3.Delivering sales targets given by company within time frame

4.Suggest the required changes in sales funnel by observing user behavior & conversion ratio

5.Provide counseling to pre-sales users, resolving their doubts & queries to further drive the revenue and follow up with warm & cold data.

Skills & Qualification

Good communication, sincere, good learner, strong analytical brain.
