Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to engage with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling corporate presentations to various audiences.
- Lead and facilitate partnership conversations with potential collaborators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on business development activities.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Background in Lifesciences or Healthcare (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for field visits and client meetings.
- MBA or equivalent qualification (a plus, but not mandatory).
