Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role. As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Successcribe, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the field of overseas education counseling. This position requires a proven track record in business development and sales, and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, educational institutions, and strategic partners in the overseas education field.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, workshops, and seminars to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, overseas educational policies, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
- Travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English.
- Fluency in MS Office tools.
- Experience in B2C and B2B sales.
- Lead Generation and Market Research.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving skills; owning a two-wheeler is preferred.
- Customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., inbound, outbound, field sales).
- 0-3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- 5.5 days working week.
- This job requires frequent travel to potential clients within Delhi-NCR.
