As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure profitable agreements. Close deals promptly, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Expert or similar role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • B.com/BBA background can be helpful in this job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • If you can generate sales through references it is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Finance domain/Share market is a plus.
  • We need immediate joiners.
  • Female candidates/freshers with good communication skills are preferred, experienced candidates can also apply for this job.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
