We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in logistics sales in B2C and a passion for exceeding targets. As a Logistics Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and secure new business opportunities in B2C segment.
Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on companies that require Tech enabled logistics solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of customer orders and services.
Manage assigned team and meet and exceed own sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
Proven track record of experience in courier logistics sales in B2C segment is a must.
Strong knowledge of the logistics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
