Spice Media Pvt Ltd, a Spice Media company, is a Media and digital content studio creating stunning animations, CGI renders, and 3D/VR/AR content. We do this work throughout the global entertainment industry and work with clients across multiple sectors. We help to turn dreams and ideas into vivid, colourful realities through Media, animation, Gaming, Commercial ads, and cinematic mastery.
We are looking for a Business Development Associates to represent our Media and Animation Department on the global stage. If you are an enthusiastic, motivated, and creative Sales & Marketing professional with a successful sales and lead generation record in the Media, Animation, Gaming and Cinematics industry our team wants to hear from you!
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help man age and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
* Generate real conversions on leads and prospective accounts for new business
* Establish and work with partners in your territory
* Present our services to clients and partners
* Play an integral role in the success of the Sales & Business Development team
* Leverage industry knowledge and experience to define and guide the customer requirements and configuration of solutions
* Elicit and document customer requirements
* Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Gather ongoing prospect/customer feedback and related information
* Represent the company at trade shows and events
* Work closely with the Arts Department to keep them updated on industry trends and customer requirements
* Ready to travel for different places for sales and marketing and also for Client meetings.
YOUR PROFILE:
* 0- 2 Experience in selling Media/Animation and Cinematics services. Fresher can apply
* Candidates with International Marketing Experience is preferred.
* Candidates with Entrepreneurial and Growth Mindset
* Proactive Decision maker
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An excellent level of English, oral and written communication skills essential
* Results-oriented with a record of success in meeting deadlines
* A strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
* A strong knowledge of the Media/ Animation and Cinematics industry
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including with internal and external partners and all levels of management
* Experience selling in both direct and indirect or channel-driven models.
*Using network and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
* Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partner.
* Attend conferences, meetings, and entertainment industry events on behalf of the company.
Shift Timing: 2PM to 11PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
