Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our brand.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent our brand.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior decor or design industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the architectural and interior design community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for design and an understanding of current trends in interior decor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
