Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential schools and educational institutions for partnership.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.- Negotiate and finalize partnerships with schools to ensure their participation on the School Dekho platform.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to partner schools.

Create and implement business development plans that align with the company's growth objectives.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

Provide exceptional support to partner schools, addressing their needs and concerns.- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote School Dekho and network with potential partners.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
:
Lead and mentor a team of business development associates.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Higher Secondary must be from English Medium School
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the ed-tech or education sector.
- Strong understanding of the education market and school operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
