Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate new leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in local languages is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in B2B Sales is a must.
