We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to help us expand our SaaS business in different geographical regions. You will be the front face of the company and will have the opportunity to expand our business.
Typical work week look like:-
- Create a comprehensive industry-wise account list for the assigned geography
- Identify key industries and accounts within the geography
- Understand customer's business & pain point and pitch solutions accordingly
- Arrange business meeting / demo calls with relevant stakeholder
- Consistently build an effective pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process.
- Work on business proposals and participate in discussions with existing and prospective clients to generate business opportunities
- Plan and execute sales, account growth and marketing initiatives
- Manage end to end sales funnel
Our ideal candidate should have:-
- BE/B.Tech or an MBA degree from a premium college.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in end to end sales role
- Mandatory - B2B product SAAS company experience or Internsational Sales experience in Call centers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Should have an energetic & outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
