What would you be doing
- Counsel interested students on Airblack makeup & beauty courses.
- Drive revenue and enrolments into Airblack courses.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
What makes you a suitable candidate
- A minimum of 6 months of internship is required in B2C Sector or 1 year of proven work experience in B2C Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales role, preferably in the EdTech, Fintech, banking, BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Compensation:
- CTC at par with the market standards
- Performance-based monthly incentives: Uncapped
