Roles &Responsibilities:

1. To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set by both the City P&L Head and the

Business Development manager

2. To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service

through structured discussions

3. To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co Ordination

(PWOC), 100%.

4. To ensure that he and his/her team implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and

spirit.

5. Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem

resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout

their journey

6. Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the

benefits of our solution.

7. To seek awareness about the company's vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts

and action towards the same.
