Job Description: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Hyderabad (Kapra, Bolarum, Bachupally, Langarhouz, Jubilee Hills)
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Collect leads of potential parents through various channels, including tie-ups, school events, and campaigns.
- Call prospective leads and engage with parents to understand their needs and provide information about the school.
Home Counseling:
- Schedule and conduct home counseling sessions to explain the school's offerings, infrastructure, and benefits in detail.
- Build strong rapport and address any concerns to gain parents trust.
Parent Engagement and Walk-Ins:
- Convince parents to visit the school for a campus tour and interaction with the team.
- Conduct personalized sessions during the walk-in to convert them into admissions.
Event Management:
- Plan and organize Residential Welfare Association (RWA) events on weekends in apartment complexes.
- Set up engaging activities such as drawing, games, treasure hunts, or workshops for kids.
- Promote the school's offerings during these events and generate fresh leads.
Reporting and Target Achievement:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for admissions and ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with parents effectively.
- Goal-oriented and proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for home counseling and event management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for maintaining records and reports.
