Job Description

Job Description: Experience:At least 2+ Years Location: Pune (Bhosari), Maharashtra We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Managerto contribute to the growth of our company. Business development manager are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship. To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations. Duties & Responsibilities: - Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the automotive sector, including OEMs, suppliers, and aftermarket channels. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals. Create compelling proposals, presentations and pitches to prospective clients. Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and valueadded propositions. Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company goals and customer needs. Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contactfor client inquiries, concerns and requests. Proactively resolve any issuesto maintain positive relationships and enhance customer loyalty. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment. Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable partnerships.

Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans for business development, sales growth, and client retention. Provide insights and feedback from the market to assist in product/service development and enhancement. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Required Skills: Proven experience in business development, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
