Role Description

Are you passionate about the music industry and eager to contribute to an innovative educational institution Lost Stories Academy in Mumbai is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Executive full time in Mumbai.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Service incoming leads and inquiries to drive student enrolments.
  • Maintain and update enrolment sheets for accurate records.
  • Send confirmation emails to students to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the growth of the academy.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between student groups and various departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate effectively and pitch partnerships to enhance our offerings and expand our network.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the education or music industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
