This role is sales + marketing + analytics + growth functions funnelled into one. While it's a task based role, it will require you to delve into analytics to optimise results. The role will also require you to think growth and develop marketing strategy to increase revenue at L&H. You will also help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
KRAs:
- Lead generation: Research and create a list of prospective clients with respect to segments provided - industry / company stage wise / our consumer split wise / service wise.
- Sourcing of emails and relevant POC profiles from Linkedin to connect and introduce.
- Cold outreach - Regular cold emailing + Linkedin dming for outreach
- Maintain mailing cycle & segment database - develop a cadence for new vs repeat outreach and plan content strategy for each segment
- Maintain a record of all outreach with daily updates to your manager
- Maintaining platform analytics of all lead email + content marketing emails
- Plan pitch decks and sales content to market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Good at excel and numerical interpretation of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Salary range:
3-5 LPA + incentives
