About the Role:

Job title: Business Development Associate

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Indore (on-site)

Budget: Industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate would be responsible for identifying, partnering and managing college tie ups for introducing skilled based courses from Leapup Edutech

- Candidate would be required to interact with various stakeholders and ensuring relationship building therebycontributing to overall success of Leapup Edutech

- Should be good with data creation, updating it and time management

- This profile would involve travelling for scheduled college visits for presentations and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field

- Having prior experience in education sector will be an added benefit

- Should have good communication skills and should be able to handle complex queries

- Should be well versed with Microsoft office, relationship building, leadership and negotiation skills
