Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at La Seasta in Mumbai/Banglore/Hydrebad/Kochi. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and presentations. Effective communication skills are key to success in this role to establish and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research boutique hotels and resorts in targeted regions that align with our brand standards and objectives.
  • Support the team in generating leads and establishing initial contact with potential partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements to secure hotel and resort partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition team to design and refine acquisition strategies based on market insights.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with property owners and managers to discuss potential collaborations.
  • Track and report progress on acquisitions, analyzing performance metrics and refining acquisition strategies as needed.
  • Contribute to market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.
